How do I get support?
Join our Discord server or contact Max Starchild or Unlucky Reaper in-world for direct assistance. You may also leave a notecard with us in-world and we'll get back to you as soon as possible. Our Discord community is active 24/7 with helpful members and staff.
Do you offer refunds?
We don't offer traditional refunds, but we do provide outstanding support and will work to fix any issues you encounter. If you're not satisfied with a product, contact us and we will strive to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.
Can I modify your scripts?
Most scripts are set to no-modify for security and functionality reasons, but many do include notecard configurations if they are configurable. Check individual product descriptions for specific permissions. Custom scripts can be made open source for an additional fee if you need full modification rights.
What are the system requirements?
Our products work with any Second Life viewer and don't require special system requirements beyond what's needed for SL itself. However, for optimal performance we recommend:
• Land with rez and script permissions
• Available prims for objects
• Media streaming enabled for audio products
• Group membership for shared venue management

How often are products updated?
We regularly update our products to fix bugs, add new features, and maintain compatibility with Second Life updates. Major updates are announced on Discord, and customers can re-download updated versions from the marketplace at no charge. We typically release updates every 2-3 months or as needed.
Can I use products on multiple parcels?
Yes! Most Cosmic Code products can be used on any land you own or have rez permissions on. There are no restrictions on moving products between your different parcels or regions. For rental or commercial use, please contact us to discuss appropriate licensing.
Do products work together?
Absolutely! Cosmic Code products are designed to not conflict with one another or interfere with the operation of other scripts.
What about lag and performance?
Our scripts are optimized for minimal lag and resource usage. We use efficient coding practices and regularly test in high-traffic environments. Most products use very little script memory and are designed to be "set and forget" with minimal ongoing resource consumption.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Linden Dollars (L$) through:

How do I report bugs or issues?
The fastest way to report issues is through our Discord server in the #support channel. Please include:
• Product name and version.
• Description of the issue.
• Steps to reproduce the problem.
• Any error messages.
• Your SL viewer version.
We typically respond to bug reports within 24-48 hours.
